1. Platform Usage
FUYA.IN provides tools for:
- task lifecycle tracking
- checksheet automation
- workflow execution
- CAD/CAM/Wax process monitoring
- NPD lifecycle management
- approval systems
Users must operate the platform responsibly.
2. Company Account Responsibility
Each company is responsible for:
- ✔ managing user access
- ✔ protecting login credentials
- ✔ ensuring correct workflow usage
- ✔ maintaining internal data accuracy
FUYA.IN is not responsible for incorrect internal entries.
3. Data Separation Guarantee
Every company operates in an isolated workspace environment. This ensures:
- no data mixing between companies
- no shared dashboards
- no cross-access permissions
Your operational data remains private.
4. Subscription Terms
FUYA.IN operates on a transparent pricing model:
₹799 per user per month
Includes:

No hidden charges apply.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree NOT to:
- ❌ misuse platform access
- ❌ attempt unauthorized data access
- ❌ disrupt workflow environments
- ❌ copy system architecture
- ❌ share login credentials externally
Violation may result in account suspension.
6. Service Availability
We continuously improve platform reliability, but temporary interruptions may occur during updates, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades. We aim to minimize downtime.
7. Intellectual Property
FUYA.IN platform structure, workflow engine logic, and software design remain the intellectual property of FUYA.IN. Companies retain ownership of their own operational data.
8. Termination Policy
Accounts may be suspended if misuse is detected, security risks arise, or payment terms are violated. Companies may discontinue usage anytime.
9. Limitation of Liability
FUYA.IN provides workflow management infrastructure but does not control internal company operations or decisions. Companies remain responsible for their execution processes.
10. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect platform improvements. Continued usage indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
